The cold storage here was built in 1995 with additions in 1998-2003. Built of concrete and Styrofoam tilt-up, it consists of over 40,000 square feet of refrigerated storage. The two pre-coolers have thirteen "tunnels" with a capacity of 24,000 boxes per rotation. Sections of he coolers are racked for added storage flexibility.

State of the art Frick screw compressors power the engine room. Computers monitor the entire facility for high and low temperature and humidity, as well as ammonia sensors. Security cameras are located throughout the facility.

Two separate "condition rooms" can hold fruit at any temperature with high humidity for ripening. One of the rooms is equipped with a hand pack line that can be utilized for specialty packing such as bi-color / tri-color grape clam shells to donut peaches. Grapes are "hot" gassed with SO2 in a separate chamber equipped with a water scrubber.

Trucks are shipped through five covered / refrigerated loading bays and can be received on two separate docks or under shaded canopy.
